The Alternative Breaks Support Fund will be used to support students who volunteer their Spring and Winter Breaks to travel to locations across the country to help meet the needs in the community. Social action programs such as building homes for the homeless, increasing hunger awareness, and tutoring children and environmental action programs such as community, park, and wetland clean-up projects help students learn active citizenship.
In honor of the 15th anniversary, Alternative Breaks needs your help raising $15,000. Together we will endow the Alternative Breaks Support Fund and provide fee waivers for students who want to participate in a trip but can’t afford it.
