Below you will find a list of registered student organizations that are presently on disciplinary probation with the University. Disciplinary probation is defined as:
Disciplinary Probation is a serious encumbrance on the registered student organization's good standing in the University community. Disciplinary Probation will last at least one semester and any subsequent violations during the probationary will be viewed as both a violation of University regulations and a violation of the probation. A registered student organization on Disciplinary Probation may not be eligible for their member's to have a sophomore housing exemption to live in a registered student organization's residence. At the end of the disciplinary probation period, all lost privileges shall be restored.
No more than three Disciplinary Probation sanctions may be imposed on a registered student organization, within a five (5) year period, prior to that registered student organization being removed from the University community, though the registered student organization may be removed prior to this condition.

Below you will find a list of registered student organizations that are presently on disciplinary suspension with the University. Deferred Disciplinary Suspension is defined as: Deferred Disciplinary Suspension is a notice to a registered student organization that their actions are of such a serious nature that removal from the University for a period of time is recommended. The University will defer the suspension as long as the registered student organization meets all requirements set by the University Hearing Panel or case manager. Any future violations would result in immediate removal from the University for a period of time and the possibility of additional sanctions. A registered student organization on Deferred Disciplinary Suspension may not be eligible for their member's to have a sophomore housing exemption to live in a registered student organization's residence. At the end of the deferred suspension period, all lost privileges and eligibility shall be restored. The Student Involvement Center is informed of this decision once it becomes final. At that time, the organization's registration status is revoked, any rooms they have scheduled are cancelled, and they are restricted from functioning as a registered student organization under the present name without the authorization of this office.

Disciplinary suspension is defined as: Disciplinary Suspension establishes a fixed period of time during which the registered student organization may not participate in any academic or other activities of the University. At the end of the suspension period, the registered student organization may be again recognized only upon the recommendation of the Dean of Students. The Student Involvement Center is informed of this decision once it becomes final. At that time, the organization's registration status is revoked, any rooms they have scheduled are cancelled, and they are restricted from functioning as a registered student organization under the present name without the authorization of this office.

Below you will find a list of registered student organizations that are presently on a substance restriction for alcohol with the University. Substance Restriction is defined as:
The organization is to have only substance free (alcohol-free) events (including member education events, exchanges, formals, social events, etc. through the date specified. The organization is certainly encouraged to have as many substance free events as they would like; this is in no way meant to limit their members' social experience.
