In the event a situation arises in which the Student Code of Conduct is broken, Community Rights & Responsibilities, a unit of the Dean of Students Office, administers the student disciplinary process for Illinois State University. This includes:
All students at Illinois State are responsible for reviewing the Student Code of Conduct and being familiar with University expectations for student behavior. In addition, Illinois State faculty and staff are responsible for referring alleged violations in accordance with established University procedures.
Also, view the Conflict Resolution section and Conflict Resolution Forms and Resources to learn more about the disciplinary process.
