Become a Collaborator or Sponsor

Sponsors of Leadership Revolution help provide an outstanding conference for the participants. In appreciation for your support, you will receive a number of benefits to your organization based upon your level of support. If your organization is interested in becoming a Leadership Revolution sponsor, please contact Leadership and Service.

There are also several opportunities for student groups, departments, and off-campus organizations who would like to be represented at the conference.

Opportunities for Collaborators:

All of our collaborators will be listed in the acknowledgements section of the program booklet.

Volunteer at the conference

Volunteers are needed on the day of the conference to host session speakers and to assist with the set up, tear down, and check in processes. Shifts can be as short as one hour or as long as the full day. Recruitment for volunteers will begin in January.

Assist with Recruitment

Recruiters can assist by publicizing the event to students; encouraging students, faculty and staff members, and community professionals to submit proposals for breakout sessions; and and recruiting volunteers to assist at the conference. Recruitment can be done informally through word of mouth or formally by assisting with publicity distribution around campus.

Facilitate a roundtable discussion

Part of the conference schedule includes roundtable discussions on various topics, which are selected based on the interest of registered participants. Each roundtable includes one facilitator to keep the conversations progressing and offer expertise.

Present a breakout session

Breakout sessions presented by students, faculty, staff, and community professionals are offered throughout the day. Presenters are selected based on their application form. Breakout sessions should focus on one or more of the learning outcome areas. Graduate and undergraduate students may also submit proposals, and co-presenting with students is encouraged.

Appoint a student to the planning committee

A committee of 5-10 students from various sponsoring groups meets regularly to assist with various planning stages. Tasks include recruiting participants and presenters, selecting program proposals, choosing a keynote speaker, coordinating logistics, and providing overall feedback to the Leadership & Service Unit. (See the planning committee description for more detailed information). Groups that are represented on the planning committee are listed on printed publicity materials.
