Leadership and Service

Leadership and Service, a unit of the Dean of Students Office, provides fun and meaningful opportunities for students. Through events/programs, services, trips, and volunteering they learn about themselves, how to work with others, and how to make a difference in their community.

"I'm a __ leader" Campaign

We believe all people have the capacity to be a leader, and an important step is that process is defining for yourself the type of leader you want to be. Tell us what kind of leader you are by creating your own "I'm a __ leader" poster.

Use the poster template to create your unique document and submit it to Leadership.Service@ilstu.edu for us to share in with others. See what some other Redbirds have shared: Darian, Natalie, Adam, and Jessica.

• Be a part of the 2012 class of LeaderShape(R) graduates. LeaderShape is one of ISU's premiere leadership programs. Apply by March 21st.
• Set yourself apart in the job search process. Take your leadership to the next level. Attend the Winter Leadership Conference on Saturday, February 25th to make progress in both areas. Register by February 23rd.
