Substance Restriction
Below you will find a list of registered student organizations that are currently on a substance restriction for alcohol with the University. Substance Restriction is defined as:
The organization is to have only substance-free events, including member education events, exchanges, formals, social events, etc., through the date specified. In addition, this substance restriction indicates that the chapter and its individual members cannot host or attend events where alcohol is present or being served; however, members over the age of 21 will be permitted to attend events where alcohol is present or being served. The organization is encouraged to have as many substance free (no alcohol) events as they would like; this is in no way meant to limit their members' social experience.

Any additional incidents in which the student or student organization is found in violation of the Code of Student Conduct would result in immediate removal from the University for a period of time and the possibility of additional sanctions. At the end of the restrictive disciplinary probation period, all lost privileges and eligibility shall be restored. Student organizations on restrictive disciplinary probation may not seek sophomore housing exemptions and may not host any events with alcohol.
No more than one restrictive disciplinary probation sanction shall be imposed on a student organization prior to removal from the University community. Disciplinary Suspension establishes a fixed period of time during which the registered student organization may not participate in any academic or other activities of the University. At the end of the suspension period, the registered student organization may be again recognized only upon the recommendation of the Dean of Students.
