Program Fund: Funding for Next Academic Year
The Program Fund is currently closed. Applications for the 2027-2028 academic year will open in November.
How to Apply
- Complete an RSO Budget Request Spreadsheet for each event or travel request and attach it to the Program Fund Narrative Form. Only electronic copies will be accepted.
- Submit the Program Fund Narrative Form and register for a funding hearing. Hearing appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Applications must be submitted at least eight weeks before the event or travel date. Funding hearings must occur at least six weeks before the event or travel date.
After You Apply
- RSOs will be notified of the funding decision via email within two weeks of the hearing.
- RSOs receiving Fee Board funding must have a student leader and advisor meet with the RSO Financial Associate to review the purchasing guide and complete the required account paperwork.
