Additional Funding Opportunities
-
Antiracism, Identity, and Belonging (AIB) Grant (formerly MECCPAC)
The AIB Grant is a diversity initiative offered through the Multicultural Center. The committee reviews applications to provide co-sponsorship funds for antiracist, cultural, educational, and multi-ethnic programs that help build awareness and appreciation within the Illinois State community for African American, Latin American, Native American, and Asian American cultures; women; people with disabilities; and lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and asexual identified persons (LGBTQIA+).
-
Center for Civic Engagement Grant
The Registered Student Organization Civic Engagement Grant Program, in partnership with the Dean of Students Office, is intended to support Registered Student Organization programs that encourage civic engagement on Illinois State University's campus and within the Bloomington/Normal community. RSO Civic Engagement Grant applications will be accepted on a continual basis.
-
Fundraising with Businesses
Throughout the campus community, RSOs partner with businesses to develop various fundraisers. A frequent occurrence is a partnership between RSOs and retail food businesses to offer discounts or donations based on total dollars spent in a set timeframe. If your RSO is interested in hosting a fundraiser with a business, reach out to them directly to discuss what a possible fundraiser could look like.
-
Papa Johns - RSO Fundraiser
Is your RSO looking for additional funding options? The Student Activities Office can offer Papa Johns promo codes that are specific to your RSO. Every time the promo code is used, you will receive a discount on the total order, and your RSO will receive a quarterly donation from Papa Johns based on the total dollar amount spent using your RSO's promo code. Complete the RSO Papa Johns Fundraiser Request Form to be assigned a code. Promo codes will be issued at the end of each month.
If you think you already have a Papa Johns promo code for your RSO, reach out to StudentOrgs@IllinoisState.edu and the staff from Student Activities can verify your RSO's enrollment in the fundraiser. -
